Walnut and Silver Brooch

Part of an evolving collection of mixed-media brooches, this piece was inspired by Ange’s love of modern architecture and its relationship to the natural spaces around it. The design incorporates her signature asymmetrical geometric forms, hand-constructed from sterling silver and walnut wood, with accents of oxidised silver. The deliberate placement of the geometric shapes and the intricate design of the pin means that this stunning brooch can be worn both horizontally and vertically.

Ange’s familiar but alway curious use of negative space gives this beautiful brooch as sense of scale, without being overwhelming.
