What is Eco Silver?

Ecosilver is made of scrapped sterling silver that has been ethically-recycled specifically for the purpose of jewellery making, and is hallmarked as 925 sterling silver. All of my silver jewellery is made from Ecosilver. I also use ethically-sourced brass for some of my spoons and recycled 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

I have a hallmark on all of my rings, bracelets, necklaces and brooches. A hallmark is a set of component marks applied to articles made of precious metals like silver and gold. My unique sponsor mark ‘AB’ is one of the component marks you will see on my jewellery, which makes all of my work traceable back to me. My jewellery is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

A hallmark signifies that an article has been independently tested and that it conforms to all legal standard of purity. Silver jewellery which weighs more than 7.78g is required by law to have a hallmark if it is being sold as ‘silver’.

Where is my order? 

All orders are sent via tracked first class mail. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days after dispatch for UK delivery addresses and 15 working days for non-UK delivery addresses, please feel free to contact me at angebdesigns@gmail.com for more information including your name and order number.

How fast are orders processed?  

As a one-woman sustainable business, I make each item to order. By focusing on this type of sustainable manufacturing process, it means that I need a little extra time to make your order. Earrings are generally ready to dispatch within 2-5 days of the order being placed. Please get in touch if you would like your jewellery by a certain date and I will let you know if it’s possible.

Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?

As soon as you can, just email me at angebdesigns@gmail.com to change an order or update your shipping information. Please note that I am unable to cancel or update your order once it has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact me as soon as possible, I can cancel your order. However an order cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you wish to cancel the order once received, provided the item is returned in pristine condition, it can be returned and a refund issued. Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
 
There is an item missing from my order.

Please contact with angebdesigns@gmail.com your order details for more information. Please note some items may be posted separately. You will be contacted beforehand if that is the case. 

What if I receive the wrong order?

Please email angebdesigns@gmail.com to inform me of the error, then send your incorrect item back to me in its original packaging using the return form. I will cover your postage costs.

I think my package may be lost.

A tracking number is forwarded to the customer with every item on dispatch. If your package is showing as delivered and wasn’t, please email angebdesigns@gmail.com. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please email me.

Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost?

I deliver globally to all countries apart from Switzerland and Russian Federation due to certain regulations. International shipping and customs charges may apply.

Can I return my international order?

Yes (this excludes earrings) , you must get in touch with me first to let me know to expect your jewellery and return your item back to me in its original packaging.

Can I make an exchange/refund?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me immediately by emailing angebdesigns@gmail.com (This must be done within 14 days of receiving your jewellery). 

I will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings for hygiene reasons.

The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping of the goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Can I Return Earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

Can I Refund my bespoke order?

Unfortunately I cannot offer refund or exchange on bespoke items.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock, what can I do?
If the item you'd like to purchase is out of stock, please contact me via email so I can advise as to when the item is due to be back online. 

My jewellery is faulty, what should I do?


If you think your item needs to be repaired or replaced please contact me via email with photographs and description of the issue, I will be happy to assist.

How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive in fully recyclable gift-ready packaging with a thank you card and cotton storage bag.

If you are purchasing multiple pieces they will be wrapped and sent in the same box. If they are gifts for different people or if you want them wrapped in separate boxes please specify.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalised gift notes?

If you specify in your order I will include a gift note with your personalised message. 

What payment methods do you accept? 


I accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. I also offer a payment plan option and gift cards can be redeemed against the cost of any item.

Do you offer discount on multiple item purchases?

No, I believe my prices reflect the craftsmanship put in to each piece.

Where do you make your jewellery?

I make all of my jewellery, in my little garden studio in West London.

Do you customise pieces?

Yes, I love collaborating with my customers to create unique bespoke jewellery commissions. Please send enquiry with specifications to me via email.
